The Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette 25/13, 85/15, 69/22) regulates the right of users to request and obtain information, as well as the obligation of public authorities to enable access to requested information or to publish information irrespective of a submitted request when such publication stems from an obligation stipulated by law or other regulation.

Reuse of Information

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Act on Amendments to the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette 85/15), every user has the right to reuse information for commercial or non-commercial purposes in accordance with the provisions of the aforementioned Act.

Conditions for the Reuse of Information The conditions for the reuse of information are described in Articles 19, 20, and 21 of the Act on Amendments to the Act on the Right to Access Information (Official Gazette 85/15).

Fees for Access to Information and Reuse of Information For access to information in proceedings before Trakošćan Castle, no administrative or court fees are charged. Trakošćan Castle has the right to request from users seeking the right to access information or the right to reuse information compensation for actual material costs incurred in providing the information, as well as compensation for the costs of delivering the requested information in accordance with the criteria and method of charging prescribed by the Information Commissioner. Trakošćan Castle does not charge a fee for the reuse of information if the same information is published free of charge via the Internet.
